At Lux Skins Official, each order is carefully prepared and packaged to ensure your vinyl skins arrive in perfect condition.
Orders are processed within 1–5 business days (weekends & holidays excluded). Shipping time is additional to processing time. Please note that all delivery estimates are approximate, as unexpected courier delays can occur.

2026 USA Snowstorm

Due to the significant January–February 2026 winter storm impacting large parts of the United States, including heavy snow, freezing rain, widespread ice, and frigid temperatures that have disrupted road and air travel, deliveries may be delayed beyond our usual timeframes.

The storm has affected transportation networks from the Southern states through the Midwest and Northeast, with thousands of flight cancellations, hazardous driving conditions, and power outages reported across multiple regions.
We’re closely monitoring conditions and working with our carriers to resume normal service as quickly and safely as possible. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

2025/26 New Years Sales & US Tariff Impacted Shipping

Please be aware that during peak holiday periods particularly Christmas and New Year — postal networks experience significantly higher volumes. As a result, parcels may be delayed beyond the estimated delivery timeframes due to nationwide and international backlogs.

Additionally, recent changes to U.S. tariff and customs regulations may result in some international parcels being temporarily held or delayed during customs processing. These delays are outside of our control and may extend delivery times.

We appreciate your patience during these periods and recommend allowing extra time for your order to arrive. Please contact us directly via email or our live chat function for real-time updates on your deliveries. We will do our best to assist you in locating the order and organising a replacement where necessary.

International Customs Fees

For customers outside Australia, customs fees, taxes, VAT, and duties may be charged by your local courier upon delivery. These fees vary by country and are beyond our control. Customs processing may also extend delivery times.
